Participation Agreement and Release of Liability

The following must be electronically signed or signed in person in order to participate in the pageant. By selecting AGREE during online registration or signing in person, you acknowledge that you are entering the pageant at your own will/risk. The Golden Stars and Pretty Poppy pageant is not liable for any injuries, damages or losses during the pageant, including traveling to and from the venue. I understand that photos taken the day of the event or photos I submit to the pageant, may be used for promotional purposes for the pageant, limited to use on the pageant website and pageant advertisement. I also agree to be respectful and courteous to all pageant staff, participants and judges, failing to abide by the rules and regulations may result in immediate removal from the pageant and all future pageant dates. Pageant entry fees are non-refundable, unless an unforeseen problem arises on account of the Golden Stars and Pretty Poppy Pageant i.e cancelled date or rescheduling. In an extreme case that prevents the participant from competing for their specific pageant date, the Director reserves the right to grant the contestant participation in a future pageant at no further cost.
